NON-Custom Orders
If you are not completely satisfied with your Legend By Ajai non-custom product please send us a message detailing your issue and we will either send you a replacement or SEND YOU A SHOP CREDIT within 20 days of shipment. Note* When a replacement request is excepted you must send the unwanted item back in a similar way it was shipped to you, No damaged items will be excepted . For example missing charms, tarnished chain, Etc. Also items need to be return in a bubble mailer or in a jewelry box. *no ENVELOPES.
